North Auburn Self Storage Unit Prices are on a per monthly basis.  These prices do not include the one time Administration fee of $15 for new tenants (this fee will not be charged if you have rented with either one of our facilities in the past).  All prices subject to change.  We have a one month minimum rent requirement, and will not pro-rate or refund the first month's rent.  We will, however, pro-rate a customer's last month's rent provided they give us at least a 10 day written vacate notice.  When you choose the best Unit selection for your needs you may either contact us by phone or email to get our unit availability.  You may also fill out the New customer information form and fax it to our office, we will contact you upon receiving the  form.
